I have a number of Multiple Chemical Sensitivities (MCS) and there are a lot of companies out there claiming their product is all-natural or organic. How can I be sure I won’t react?

Our founder not only has MCS’s but she has tested all the products with numerous people who also have MCS’s to ensure there will be no reaction.

Why glass bottles and not plastic? 

Glass doesn't have the estrogen-mimicking chemical bisphenol A ("BPA"), which makes it safer than plastic. BPA has been linked to heart disease, type-2 diabetes and liver complications. Some plastic containers do not contain BPA but still give off an estrogen-mimicking chemical.

How does your shipping work?

We currently ship to addresses in the United States but plan to ship internationally soon. We will typically ship orders within 48 hours of purchase. Most orders are shipped via UPS ground while some smaller items are shipped with Priority mail via USPS. 

When will my order arrive once shipped?

Standard shipping is 2 to 5 business days to most locations.

What is your return policy?

We have do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged. If you happen to receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt at [email protected] and we will gladly process a return or exchange.

Do your products have an expiration date?

Due to our products' 100% chemical-free and all-natural composition including preservative and emulsifying agents, it is recommended that our products are fully consumed within 1 year of the date of purchase.
